About KiteFlow: Your Kitesurfing Coach in Hurghada

Who teaches you

I'm Dahshan, an IKO-certified kitesurfing instructor in Hurghada, and I teach on Duotone Dice kites. When you book, you write to me directly, and I am the one who plans and coaches your lesson.

How my experience built up

I have worked in the kitesurfing field for around 15 years, and I have been teaching for more than 10 of them. I have trained at kite spots across Egypt and been part of many well-known kite centers and schools in the country; the spots are listed in the profile further down.

Here is how it built up:

2011: I start working in the kitesurfing field
About five years as a beach boy and zodiac driver, learning the water from every side, from boat handling to student safety
June 2026: I start KiteFlow, my own coaching brand
2015: I start teaching kitesurfing

How I keep you safe

Safety is a major part of my coaching. I teach you to understand the kite, the wind and the safety procedures, not simply to get through a session. I provide the necessary personal safety equipment and I assess the conditions before every lesson. Before you enter the water I explain the safety points that matter for the beach and the day, and I choose the safest and most suitable conditions for your level rather than promising a specific wind.

Why private coaching

KiteFlow is built for people who want focused coaching and personal attention: beginners, intermediate riders, and anyone who wants to learn properly and safely and to understand what they are doing instead of just being pulled around by the kite.

When guests finish a course, what I hear most often is that they feel more confident and understand the kite much better, and that private coaching helped them progress faster because the whole lesson was focused on them.

Where the lessons take place

I teach at a shallow-water beach between Hurghada and El Gouna, at Tiba View Compound beach. I pick my guests up from their hotel, take them to the beach and bring them back after the lesson.

Most of my guests currently come from France, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic and Germany, along with visitors from other countries.
