We take kitesurfers to windy places most people never find. Secret Knots started when Jug, a Thai kitesurfer who found the sport in his 30s, swapped a corporate tech job for chasing wind full-time. Every trip since is built the same way: real wind, a local crew, and a small group that rides together, away from the main-season crowds.

Seven nights around Okinawa and the island of Kumejima. We base ourselves in Naha and kite the Okinawa coast, then fly to Kumejima for boat trips to the Hatenohama sandbar and more riding when the wind allows. A licensed safety boat runs every session, and the whole group is advanced, so nobody is waiting on a lesson.
Not the Okinawa trip: it's for riders who already water-start and ride upwind, with their own gear. Some of our other trips run with a local partner school and rentals, so ask us which one fits your level.
Yes. Non-kiters can try flying a kite for free, snorkel and enjoy the beach days and the food. They just skip the kiting sessions.
