kitesurfing.me is an independent comparison portal for kitesurf schools and spots. We aggregate publicly available information, user contributions, and (where applicable) data submitted by schools themselves. We are not a booking platform, not a travel agent, and not affiliated with the schools listed unless explicitly stated.
All prices, course details, certifications, opening hours, and spot conditions shown on kitesurfing.me are non-binding and reflect the best information available to us at the time of listing. Schools may change their prices at any time without notice. The "as of" date next to a price indicates when it was last verified. Always confirm the current price directly with the school before booking. kitesurfing.me accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of outdated or incorrect listings.
School names, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively — that is, only to identify the school for comparison purposes. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement or partnership. Photos are either licensed, taken by us, or sourced from royalty-free libraries with proper attribution.
If you operate a kite school listed on kitesurfing.me and wish to (a) be removed entirely, (b) correct any field on your listing, or (c) claim and verify your listing, email kitesurfingaddictions2002@gmail.com from an email address on the school's official domain. We process opt-out and correction requests within 14 days.
You may create an account to save schools, submit reviews, or contribute data. When you submit content (reviews, prices, photos), you confirm that the information is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant kitesurfing.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and adapt the content as part of the service. We may remove contributions that are misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
We only publish reviews from verified sources (e.g. signed-in users, integrated Google reviews via official APIs). Fake or paid-for reviews are not permitted under any circumstances. kitesurfing.me does not write, generate, or commission reviews on behalf of schools.
When you send an enquiry to a school through our form, we forward your message and contact details to that school. Once forwarded, the school is the data controller for any further communication. kitesurfing.me is not party to any contract you subsequently enter into with a school and accepts no liability for the school's services, conduct, or pricing.
Schools may pay for promoted placement, leads, or advertising. Any paid placement is clearly labelled ("Sponsored", "Ad", or similar). Paid placement does not influence the editorial data we show for unrelated schools.
To the extent permitted by law, kitesurfing.me is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from reliance on listing data, including but not limited to incorrect prices, course details, or availability. Kitesurfing carries inherent physical risk — you take any lesson or session at your own risk and on your own assessment of the school's suitability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is [GERICHTSSTAND — z.B. Berlin], to the extent legally permissible.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by banner or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
