About 3Sixty Escuela Kitesurf Tarifa
3Sixty Escuela Kitesurf Tarifa has spent more than a decade teaching kitesurfing in Tarifa, and is one of the few schools in the area to offer courses across every kite discipline, from first-timers through freestyle, wave riding and IKO instructor training. Its name reflects that all-round, 360-degree approach to the sport. The school is staffed entirely by IKO and FAV-certified instructors, runs a dedicated IWO-certified wing foil program, and operates 365 days a year.

Do you need to be strong to learn kitesurfing?
Kitesurfing is mostly technique and practice rather than raw strength. The kite pulls you through a harness, and children as young as 6 or 7 already ride successfully.
What should I bring to my kitesurf course?
Bring swimwear, water, sunscreen and sunglasses for your beach sessions. The school provides the wetsuit, harness, flotation vest, helmet, kite, bar and board.
What is the minimum age to learn kitesurfing?
Courses welcome children from age 6 and adults of any age; there is no maximum age, only enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
How many days does it take to learn kitesurfing?
A minimum of three days is recommended to get started, and by day five most students can practice independently; reaching jumps typically takes 10 to 15 combined days of instruction and practice.
