What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled without justification within 14 calendar days of confirmation, as long as the service has not yet started. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

What is the minimum age to get a boating license?

The entry-level Recreational Navigation License (Titulín) requires a minimum age of 16, while the PER skipper qualification requires students to be 18 by the time of the theory exam.

Do I need to pass an exam for the entry-level license?

No. The Recreational Navigation License (Titulín) consists of 6 hours of training with no exam required.
