About Dakhla Attitude

Dakhla Attitude operates the largest kitesurf center in Dakhla, based at its own beachfront resort on Dragon Beach. As part of the Dakhla Hospitality Group and an official Duotone Pro Center, it teaches kitesurfing, wingfoiling, windsurfing and stand-up paddling alongside on-site accommodation, a restaurant, spa and kids' club.

Dakhla Attitude — common questions

What are the water sports center's opening hours?

The center operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from November to March, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the rest of the year.

Are there any hazards to be aware of in the lagoon?

The lagoon has no particularly dangerous zones, aside from boat anchorage areas marked with flags. At low tide the sand can contain sharp shells, so footwear is recommended.

Is a safety team on the water during sessions?

Certified safety assistants patrol the water during operating hours, and a daily safety briefing is held at 11:00.

Do children get a discount on lessons?

Children under 14 receive 30% off kitesurf, wingfoil and Drifter lessons. Children under 15 must take private lessons, with parental consent.
