EpicLanzarote — common questions
What happens if there's no wind or the weather is bad during my course?
If a session is cancelled due to weather or lack of wind, Epic Lanzarote reschedules the date, offers an alternative activity, or issues a one-year credit voucher for the remaining balance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling more than 30 business days before the start date gets a refund minus a €25 admin fee. Cancelling within 30 business days is not refunded but held as credit for up to a year, and cancelling within 7 business days forfeits the full amount.
Can I rent kitesurf equipment without taking a course?
Renting kitesurf equipment requires a €200 cash deposit and completion of one supervised lesson day with an instructor.
