About Escuela Asturiana de Surf
Escuela Asturiana de Surf is the first surf school in Asturias, registered as an Active Tourism company, and was founded by Paulino Cavielles, a four-time Asturian Longboard Champion and former Spanish Surf Federation selector and international judge. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before the activity receive a full refund; between 30 days and 48 hours prior, the deposit is forfeited; and cancelling or not showing up within 72 hours of the start requires payment of 50% of the remaining amount or the full cost.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Yes, participants must know how to swim; no minimum age is stated.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a quick-dry shirt, a towel, and water-safe shoes for river or lake activities, plus a hat, secure sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinking water.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The instructor or course coordinator may postpone or suspend the activity for safety, offering an alternative of equal or greater value at no extra cost.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due before the activity takes place.
What happens if I arrive late?
Arriving late or not showing up does not entitle you to a refund or an extended session, so participants should arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
