About MKS Water Sports
MKS Water Sports is a kitesurfing, surfing and wingfoil school operating across the Canary Islands, teaching primarily at Famara Beach and Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote and at Maspalomas, Vargas and La Burra beaches in Gran Canaria. The school was founded by Marco, who moved from the Alps to the islands after years in mountaineering and transitioned from surfing into kitesurfing before building a team of IKO and FES certified instructors. Initiation lessons use soft, large boards, while the intermediate level progresses to harder epoxy boards.
