About SUP Ibiza
Founded in 2013 by Germán García, SUP Ibiza was the island's first stand-up paddle surf centre and has since introduced more than 10,000 people to hidden coves and sea caves around Ibiza. The team is made up of young, Ibiza-born instructors who prioritise safety while guiding excursions to the island's most natural corners. Alongside guided tours, SUP Ibiza rents paddleboard equipment and runs its own SUP shop.

Do I need previous paddle surf experience?
No previous experience is needed; instructors teach the basics so you can enjoy the activity safely.
What should I bring?
Beach gear such as swimwear, a towel, a cap or hat, and sunscreen.
Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age as long as the participant can swim; unaccompanied minors under 18 need written authorization from a parent or guardian.
Is there a lifeguard on the beaches used?
A lifeguard is present on around 95% of the beaches used for activities, and SUP Ibiza's own guides are also qualified lifeguards.
Can I bring my own board and paddle?
No, excursions already include quality boards and equipment, so no extra gear is needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is by cash or card before the activity; groups of more than 6 people pay a 50% deposit when the booking is confirmed.
How long does an excursion last?
Excursions last around two hours, and can run longer during high season.
Can I bring a camera?
Only waterproof cameras are recommended; the guide carries a waterproof camera to take group photos, which can be downloaded afterwards.
