About Surfers Island
Surfers Island has taught surfing and kitesurfing in Morro Jable, Fuerteventura, since 2008, and has guided more than 1,000 students to date. Its certified instructors teach beginners through advanced riders, running surf lessons at La Pared, Esquinzo, and Jandia and kitesurf lessons at the Sotavento lagoon. The school puts safety first, with a thorough briefing before every lesson and its own vans for hotel pickups.

What is your cancellation policy?
Regular lessons can be cancelled for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup time; private lessons require at least 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged the full lesson price.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, lessons are rescheduled or fully refunded — no vouchers, just money back.
What should I bring to a lesson?
Bring swimwear, fresh clothes for afterward, plenty of water, high-SPF sunscreen, a towel, and maybe some snacks.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, private surf and kite lessons are available for individuals or small groups who prefer personalized instruction.
