What happens if there isn't enough wind during my course?
If the practical part of a course cannot take place due to too much wind (over 25 knots) or too little wind (under 12 knots), the course is postponed to a later date or replaced with a voucher for the missed session.

Is insurance included in the price?
Accident and liability insurance is the participant's own responsibility; the school recommends VDWS kite insurance.
What is the cancellation policy?
