Uretan Basque Surf Center
Founded in 2012 by professional surfer Txaber Trojaola, Uretan Basque Surf Center has been teaching surfing on Bakio beach for over a decade. The school offers beginner and advanced/competition surf courses, paddle surfing, board rentals, and a kids' summer surf camp, with instruction available in Basque, Spanish, and English. Lessons are led by EHSF-certified instructors, including coordinator Astrid Fonseca, who joined the team in 2014.
