About Efoil Samui
We teach e-foiling and jetsurfing on Bangrak Beach, right in front of the Secret Garden Beach Resort on Koh Samui. Efoil Samui started almost four years ago, out of a love for surfing and the lack of waves in Thailand. Most of our guests have never stood on a foil before: after a ten-minute briefing on safety and theory, our instructors start you in the shallow, calm water of the bay and stay with you for the whole session. Do I need any experience?
No. Most guests are on a foil for the first time, and first-timers can book the jetsurf too. A ten-minute briefing comes first, then your instructor stays with you for the whole session.
Is there a minimum age or a weight limit?
Kids can ride the e-foil from 5 years and the jetsurf from 10. The weight limit is 100 kg on both.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. The board and full gear are included: life jacket, helmet, knee pads and a long-sleeve shirt.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. The school takes no deposit.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, the school takes cash and card.
Can I ride without an instructor?
Yes, if you already ride. It costs the same as a session; the instructor comes free.
