Evolution Kite & Wing has taught kiteboarding, wing foiling and foiling from beginner to advanced level since 2007, operating a seasonal school in La Ventana, Mexico, alongside a sister location in the Magdalene Islands, Canada. The school is an official F-One school and dealer and reports having trained more than 500 riders.
