About Lagon Energy

Lagon Energy is the water sports center of an eco-lodge in Dakhla, part of the Dakhla Hospitality Group. It teaches kitesurfing, wingfoil and surfing through a team of IKO-certified instructors on the shores of the Dakhla lagoon, using equipment renewed annually from Duotone and Fanatic. Alongside lessons and equipment rental, the center runs downwind trips, 4x4 excursions and boat outings to nearby spots such as Dragon Island and the White Dune.

Lessons are open to children from 8 years old and over 30 kg, subject to the water sports base manager's assessment, and are only offered as private lessons for children under 15.
