About Matas Bay
Matas Bay is a watersports center at Matas Blancas beach in Costa Calma, Fuerteventura, teaching kitesurf, windsurf and wingfoil in a flat-water bay with a dedicated zone at least 1.5 meters deep. The spot has hosted international kite and windsurf competitions since 2014, including a speed-sailing session by world champion Björn Dunkerbeck. Lessons are taught individually or in small groups of up to two students per instructor.
