Founded in 1984 by René Egli, the center began as a small windsurf operation with just eight boards and has grown into one of the world's largest wind- and kitesurfing schools. It holds the exclusive teaching license for the entire Sotavento lagoon and organized Fuerteventura's first Kite World Cup in 2001. Today it runs both windsurf and kite schools alongside equipment rental, a megastore, and holiday packages.
