About Ocean Wind Tribe
Ocean Wind Tribe is a kitesurfing school in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, led by CEO and head instructor Edoardo Mogarelli, who has more than 10 years of experience teaching kitesurfing across Mexico, the Mediterranean, Spain and Morocco. The school offers a progression of courses from a first taste of kitesurfing through to advanced independent riding, and is an official dealer for Vantage kitesurf equipment.

What do the kitesurf packages include?
All packages include full equipment (kite, bar, board, harness, helmet and impact vest) and transport from your hotel to the school, except for the Discovery package, which does not include transport.
Do I need to bring my own wetsuit?
Bringing your own wetsuit is recommended for hygiene reasons, but a wetsuit is always available if needed.
What is the difference between the packages?
Discovery is a quick, fun 45-minute water session ideal for trying kitesurfing without theory. First Approach is a 3-hour class (theory and sea) perfect for beginners. Show Me More is 6 hours of training recommended for students who have taken lessons before. Let's Do This! is 9 intensive hours designed to take a beginner to an independent navigator. Independence Day is 15 hours to achieve full independence at sea, with an optional sunset downwinder.
Are the classes private or in a group?
Both options are offered: private (one-on-one with the instructor, using radio) or group (minimum/maximum 2 people).
What languages can I take the classes in?
Instructors teach lessons in Spanish, English, Italian, French and Portuguese.
