About Playa Central
Playa Central is a family-run windsports center in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, founded by the Withington family in 2010 after discovering the spot in 2007. The school teaches kiteboarding, wingfoiling and parawinging through discovery lessons, multi-day learn-to-ride programs, coaching downwinders and specialty camps. Alongside instruction and equipment rental, it operates two on-site restaurants serving pizza and ceviche.
