Swell Surf Morocco is a surf and kitesurf school and camp based in Tamraght and Agadir, with over 13 years of experience running surf holidays on Morocco's Atlantic coast. It offers group, semi-private and private lessons in surfing and kitesurfing for all levels, alongside a 14-room guesthouse in Tamraght. How old do I need to be to take surf lessons?
Children can start from around 6 years old, and there is no upper age limit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel, so contact the school as early as possible if your plans change.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a beach towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops, light clothing and a hoodie; all surfing equipment is provided by the school.
Which surf spot will we visit?
The spot is chosen each morning based on wave size, wind, tide and the group's surfing level.
Do I need previous experience to join?
No experience is necessary; around 80% of guests are complete beginners.
Is Wi-Fi available at the camp?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the camp.
Can I rent equipment without booking lessons?
Yes, surfboards and wetsuits can be rented independently, and staff recommend equipment based on experience level.
