A one-on-one surf lesson in Mui Ne: safety, body position, paddling, paddling through waves and popping up, with about 15 minutes of land theory. The coach pushes the board to help you practise standing up.

The school has no fixed meeting point: it tells you the exact place after your request, depending on wind and waves. Kite lessons usually run between 11:00 and 17:00, depending on the wind.
